All homes built by Alan Fletcher Construction are independently verified ENERGY STAR homes and meet or exceed guidelines set by the EPA. Verification for ENERGY STAR qualification includes third party review of building plans and specifications as well as three trips to the job site by an independent auditor.

All homes built by Alan Fletcher Construction (both specs and custom) include features that produce a home that is generally 40% more efficient than standard homes built prior to 2013.
